How to Measure Your Height

Use a reliable scale placed on a hard, flat surface. Step onto the scale without shoes and record your weight when it stabilizes. Enter your weight in pounds or kilograms, depending on the selected unit.
Locate the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above the hip bones). Wrap a tape measure around this point, keeping it horizontal and snug but not too tight. Record the circumference in inches or centimeters.
